The location
Having more essential ingredients eg. oil, spray and wipe, sauces, pepper and salt, mayonnaise, milk, butter etc. at the apartment especially if you are only staying one night and instructions on how to use the hot plates. Needs a comfier couch! And some board games! Lots of cupboard space unused

Superb modern town house just 10 minutes walk from central Geelong. Spacious, immaculate and extremely well furnished rooms. Property has been fitted out to the highest standard. Very helpful host on hand to deal with any queries.

The townhouse was very clean and spacious, close to town. The lounge was very comfortable.
The decor was quite sparse, with only one print on a wall in the property. A bottle opener would have been welcomed. There are no flyscreens and we could not find a key for the windows if we wanted to open them. In the downstairs toilet and bathroom, it would be good to have some space for makeup placement.

It was very spacious, and new. The shared living area was comfortable and well laid out.
The master bedroom & bathroom was really awesome, very luxe.
Probably would have liked more options for power points. We were travelling for work, so had 3 people, 3 laptops, 3 phones.
But nothing not to like really. Would recommend.

keys easy to collect, property is well designed and very new, co-ordination of furnishings etc is well done. Some instructions would be helpful on the TV as couldn't workout how to watch free to air. Some extra mugs required as house accomodates 6 people there were 4 mugs. Another nice touch would be a cofee pod machine
some extra mugs, coffee machine additional blanket in wardrobe, shelf for shower soap and shampoo

Lovely modern townhouse with great amenities and very convenient location.
No microwave although the description said it had one. The main living area could use a blockout curtain to give some privacy, especially in the evening.
Water pressure in the shower was very low.

The townhouse itself was brand new and absolutely stunning. Styling was great the owners have great taste.
Yes the house was lovely and in an awesome location. Unfortunately there is a MASSIVE BUT with this property.
I booked the house so last minute, it was a spur of the moment thing for a friends birthday and I had been flat out all day. I was really looking forward staying there and having a good night. My friend had gotten there before I did because I had to work and we had another friend coming to do our makeup.
Upon my arrival I was met with the owner’s at the front of the property after being scolded by the neighbour for momentarily stopping in the shared driveway because I had no idea where to park.
The owners seemed nice enough and requested I pay the $200 bond, which was fine. They then proceeded to tell me that they live in the property that is overlooking the townhouse, I definitely would’ve preferred to NOT be aware of that. It is a smart business decision to be close to the properties to keep an eye out but with the sheer see through curtains and no block out blinds facing the owners property we felt like we were being watched the whole time.
I was then questioned about how many people were staying at the house and I said 3. There was an issue on my end with the booking, I did put 3 guests down but that information didn’t go through. I was then interrogated about whose car was whose because we had someone there momentarily doing our makeup and then she was leaving.
it was SO CLEAR that there was a bit of hostility in the air when I arrived, not towards me but my friend whose birthday it was and the girl doing our makeup. My assumption on what I walked into is this:
There are 2 of these townhouses right next to each other. a few girls had booked the one next to us and arrived at the exact time I did. they had entered through the wrong entrance hence the confusion with the parking. I believe that the owners have seen multiple cars in the one driveway and felt the need to intervene.
