The manager was super friendly and helpful. The location was superb - right between the restaurant strip and the ocean. There is a well-maintained pool.

The two-bedroom unit we had was very old and tired and needed a good clean. Everything about it felt outdated and either slightly broken or on the edge of it. The lack of aircon was an issue on our really hot weekend. It was expensive for our one night and we all felt it was not good value, even if it was during school holidays. We would not stay there again.

The location is great, very close to the beach and shops/restaurants/bars. The room was clean.

The furniture and décor of the room is very dated.

Although these did not slow the amount we enjoyed our stay, worth mentioning. With heavy traffic outside getting over to get to WEST Burleigh was impossible, decided the best was to loop around to the esplanade and back out on 1st Ave to get across to the turn right to Burleigh. Finish of the room needed some love, looked like it was ready for a makeover. As I said none of this stopped us enjoying our stay.
