The hotel was in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Room and general areas were kept very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly.

Location is great, breakfast was great. The front desk clerk when we tried to check in early.. as requested on booking …was not very professional
We only wanted in at 1:30 instead of 3. We had a funeral to attend.

Nice new hotel. When we checked in we opened the pullout couch it had crumbs and a used sheet on it. Front desk immediately moved us to a different room and the new room was perfect. Great customer service I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was good, but no microwaves to warm food the eggs and sausage were barely warm after a short time. It would have been nice to be able to warm them

Check in process was somewhat of a nightmare. Only one staff member checking in at 9 p.m. with 8 families in line. The person checking me in had to leave the desk and go to the second floor to see if our room was ready.

Staff was very helpful with me as I was on crutches during my stay. very clean! and the lobby is really cute!

I loved how clean the hotel was is, everything was clean and neat. The staff was very helpful and the gentleman at the front counter when I checked in was so helpful. They had cookies and coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day.
A few small things since the hotel is new. The sink drain was slightly leaking, and the knob on the shower wasn't screwed in all the way but did not affect the usage of it.

Will and Ralph were great! we had our car break down and they both helped us find a place to tow it to.

staff shortage, was there for 4 nights. no cleaning staff, had to put my own trash out in hall to have picked up. had to go pick up my own coffee. for the price of the room should be able to get some services.
