The layout of this tiny house is great. Comfy furniture Netflix provided Large Balcony off one bedroom Cot in one of the bedrooms for extra sleeping Very clean and simple Outdoor ambience was so nice and calming - love the fire pit.

Just a few minor recommendations for improvement: 1. Check out time should be noon - that is the check out time at most places now. 2. Had issues with the quality of wi-fi reception. 3. There was no ice - Fridge ice and water did not work.

The property is very nicely done. True to the pictures representing the property.

Needed more towels for the downstairs bathroom and a few Kleenex tissue boxes throughout. One of the upstairs bedroom had no curtains.

We had a fabulous time at the Cozy Cottage. We brought our dog and loved being able to let her out to join us when we had breakfast on the patio. There was a trail close to the property so we could walk our dog. The facilities were ideal to eat the meals we wanted at the cottage. We were close to all of the delivery options and could warm up left overs in the microwave. We were close to St Jacobs and many fun Conservation Areas. We highly recommend the Cozy Cottage for those who want to tour local Kitchener and Waterloo sights.

This property is a treasure, tucked away on the outskirts of Kitchener. It has been so tastefully finished, and was very clean. We had everything needed for our stay. The patio area and lawn are private and perfect for relaxing in the evening. The location is excellent for visiting St. Jacob's, Kitchener/Waterloo and the surrounding area.
