I was staying for a week. Firstly the service was slow. Though the hotel is new, the staff makes you uncomfortable. Be careful as they would charge you unnecessary for the damages you haven’t done. They alleged me saying I have broken their mirror in the hotel. I was embarrassed in front of other customers and they were trying to charge for the same. I argued and called my colleagues who works nearby.

They put me in the place of culprit for the mistake I haven’t done. There is one more hotel called SVM grand which is good and near to Uppal.
