Worthless television Cheap and uncomfortable porch furniture

This home was simply stunning and the quaint community was so welcoming and kind. Every neighbor we met was friendly and it was very safe for our kids to play. The home was clearly a newer build and was beautifully finished. SO much more space than the photos even can show. The master shower was incredible - perfect for that post-beach shower. The walk to the beach was easy, but you do cross a major road. At first this made me nervous with my four children but the traffic is VERY aware of people crossing and we saw people constantly crossing. We traveled over July 4th week and the traffic was never bad nor did we have a long wait to cross. The home had a beach tent, chairs, and wagon to use. The area of the beach has a really cool pier that is SO fun for the kids to explore and provides great shade. The location of the home was close to everything and the area was quiet. Perfect for our family. We have four children and our youngest slept in the master bedroom closet. It's HUGE and could easily fit a full size bed in it! It has an air vent and is off the bathroom so it was a nice distance for him to not be woken up. The kitchen was beautiful and I enjoyed my husband handling all the cooking ;) We will be back!

Weather did not cooperate well but property was very nice and clean. No problems.

What was not to like?! This is a brand new beach house in a small, safe, and very nice neighborhood. The beach is across the street and it was so nice to walk on the nice soft sand daily. One can also walk on the Ocean-to-River trail about 1/4 mile from the house. The house is very roomy and nicely decorated throughout and the kitchen well outfitted. We had a minor issue with internet service that was quickly addressed by the management company. It was a nice place to end 2020! We hope to return!

I have been to Amelia Island several times. This house is located one block back off the beach on quiet First Street. No traffic noise, no loud beach parties! You can quickly walk to the beach and have access to a public boardwalk straight across the main road. About a 4 minute walk total. The house has fun beach stuff you can use - beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, cooler! The kitchen has most things you need. The house itself is immaculate, spacious and luxurious. The beds were all very comfortable (especially the master with a lovely pillow topo) and the linens/towels were clean or new. Free WiFi and beautiful lighting and a lovely front porch to people watch if you like. We never used the garage, but it was very large and spotless. You will definitely enjoy your stay here without one complaint! Cherie & Lou Sept 2020
