Great location, slept like a baby, lovely staff.

What a lovely host, Loopy Lou cannot do enough for you, she is such a kind host, even to the point of inviting me to such a wonderful evening meal home cooked and eating al fresco in such a lovely garden setting, and it was a delicious meal. A simple gesture of allowing me to take as many delicious apples off her trees as I like really pleased my elderly neighbours back home when I dropped them off, fantastic gesture. Thanks Lou, my neighbours appreciate your kindness.

The only thing I didn't like was leaving, such a delightful place to stay.

Location isn’t too accessible and space of the room is small. A dog in the living room, running into guests is a No No!!

Very helpful host. We arrived very late but this was not an issue. Ample parking for 2 Luton vans!

Quiet, characterful , chilled garden. It was so much better than the hotel at twice the price we stayed at the night before in Berkshire. Just abit different

There was no owner present, which wasn't so bad but there was a stranger in the house and nothing locked. The owner was in good communication with us about their absence but we weren't expecting another person, unknown, to be there. Everything was open including bedroom door. The garden room we booked was a large room on second floor. All abit confusing and wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea. We were tired and actually we slept well.

Beautiful home in green and peaceful location. A very warm welcome from the hosts who were extremely accommodating! Would gladly stay again!
