The outside is very run down. When you get in the whole place, smells of damp. Our room was filthy black mould. The sofa had horrendous stains on it. You could not see through the windows they were that filthy. We were in the basement next to the garbage. The carpets are filthy.when we contacted the property and booking .com for a refund as we had to find alternative arrangements. Both were very reluctant to give us a refund, and we've ended up £600 out of pocket, and our visit to the UK ruined 😒 avoiding the plague !!!!!
