Property was very clean!

Property and room itself was very hot! No windows besides a small sun roof window and a tiny fan was provided. Room was lovely and clean but very stuffy to sleep and spend time in.

Kitchen was clean

Just one towel per person No air conditioning Window on the ceiling let a lor of light come in, difficult to open and close Noises during the night because of the trains passing

Difficult to locate accommodation

No personal assistance. This point is not confirmed once you get the Booking on t'he web and It IS very important info. On t'he Other hand, t'he rooms are located just behind a rail station of cargo. If you Cross the window only 10 meters walking you can touche the containers

The beds were so squeaky, every time you moved they made such a sound. The kitchen was so hot it was almost unbearable to cook in.

no air conditioning, just a useless fan. one of the beds was also break and therefore very uncomfortable.

It was nice to have self check-in as our train arrived 1 AM. This was no problem at al. There were also more than enough showers (2) and toilets (2) (shared with only 6 people). There was also a fan, which was very necessary.

It was fairly warm, despite the fan. The building was also a bit creepy, and it was hard to find our room. The location and the walk there was also a bit dark and creepy.

Trains were very loud. Toilet had a dirty smell. There was only one shower and toilet and no sinks except the one in the kitchen.

Easy access. Friendly and helpful messages. Clean.

Bus and train stations are 10 minutes walk away. Everything was tidy and appropriate for the price. Also, it was near the centre of the city.

Since the room was in the attic, it was kinda hot.

Location of the building is above night club and striptease bar, therefore it's not a good place for rest on weekends because it's not very well sound isolated. There is no AC in room and it was hot already in May. There was a couple of bugs under the bed sheets.

The beds are comfortable and there was a hair dryer available. Bathroom and showers clean.

You can hear the train very loudly, wifi didn’t work, there is an a/c but no remote control to use it and the staff didn’t reply to our messages. There is no sink, so you have to brush your teeth in the kitchen one. Overall the area is not the best.

The owners were really attentive and nice. They were constantly helping us with our inconveniences.

We booked the room with only one window in the roof. It was really hot (even during cold days) with no ventilation - fortunately the owner provided us a fan and let us know how to open the upper window, however you cannot open it while raining which was our case. The beds were very creaky and there was not curtains on the shower which was quite inconvenient. With few improvements, the place may become much more comfortable.

Good location - walking distance from town centre and bus/train station. Cleaned. Friendly and helpful owner.

Very squeaky beds! And bedroom door lock faulty. Very warm in the room.

It smelled turpentine in the room and the beds where little shaky and they were creaky.
