This place offers the bare minimum to guests and feels depressing. It technically has all the things it says, but the air conditioning is on the porch and not the bedroom or main area of the house, the kitchen exists but isn’t stocked enough to cook in, and the kayaks are there but you have to walk through 10 feet of mud to get in the lake. It’s on a main road and is loud. It’s not peaceful, so we complained about all of these things and left after one hour. It was worth going to a better place even though we couldn’t get any refund, not even a partial or cleaning fee refund despite not using the place at all.

The tea house was so cute and fit our needs perfectly! Troy was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area! We cannot wait to be back again next year! Thank you!

Property is being renovated. Can't wait to see the final outcome. Inside seems finished. Very comfortable. Lots of room to move about. Could use another window AC in the living area or bedroom.

The setting is perfect. Inside very clean. Outside still needs work. We had a great time.

It is a real summer cottage/cabin. Upgrades were there. Access to Mound, Surfside Beach were excellent. Lots of toys to play with including bikes for riding and canoes. Troy was really responsive and extremely nice.
