1. Codes for the door not send on time. Had to wait more then 1 our in front of the door a 1 am… with kids 2. Washing machine broken 3. Host no answering message on time 4. No iron 5. Refused check out at 11 (normally at 10) even if more then 1 our were “lost” upon arrival 6. No luggage storage 7. mold on exterior cushions

It had a huge private patio and an enclosed patio, the pool was open late, the gym has saunas and there’s a game room also. we absolutely loved it and it was well worth the price. it was 15 minutes away from Disney World so we were able to get to and from with ease.

the garage is tight, a little hard to get your car through. we had a mini van and we were scared to scrape the sides
