Everything great Close to restaurants & shops - all walking distance. Great communication upon arrival. We could have used more hangers for our clothes. And a kitchen towel would be beneficial.

The apartment was nice and well within an easy walk in the lower old town.

Excellent location with several restaurants nearby. Near to Place Royal, walkable to Ciditel and all areas of interest. Only issue was parking. Arrived in pouring rain and ended up in the wrong lot close by on the same street. Later after a trip out, returned to find the prepaid, correct, parking lot was completely full. So ended up paying twice for parking for the weekend.

The room was spacious, clean and fairly comfortable. It is located within 15 minute walk of the underground metro train and minutes from many shops and restaurants. I would advise not bringing a car as parking is difficult in the city. There is a parking lot a few blocks from the apartment with a assigned space, but we never used our vehicle while in Montreal. We used the extensive Metro and Uber or just walked.

The apartment is exactly as described. Loved the space, three nice sized bedrooms and baths. Walkable and at the foot of old town. Next door the museum and near the water. Great communication. Parking a block a way. Elevator to get to our apartment. Rooftop balcony that was fun for some snacks and wine.

I liked that it was close to my activities. I liked the quiet.

Great apartment, ideally located (5 minute walk to Petit Champlain)

The loft had everything we needed and was situated right inside of Old Quebec. Very easy to get around on foot. We communicated with customer service a few times. They answered our calls quickly and helped with anything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we could not hear other guests in the building. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect

Notification needed that laundry detergent and hair conditioner is not provided to guests. Inadequate supplies of shampoo and soap provided and when more was requested, it never arrived. Pillows were likely washed and dried but due to synthetic materials inside they were lumpy and non-supportive. The suite was big and spacious and clean. Only one mirror in the suite.

Awesome location and really enjoyed my stay as the Loft was comfortable, clean, and really nice! Public garage parking a block away so don’t worry about leaving your car!

While the suite was clean and in a good location, the room amenities were lacking. The kitchen was stocked with most items but had a kettle, but no tea pot. The kitchen had a coffee pot but did not provide any coffee or tea to prepare. It's disappointing, considering these are standard in basic hotel rooms. The mattress in our suite needed to be replaced, and the television is difficult to connect to if you have an android device. There was an envelope left for tips, but it is not clear why. They do not service the suite while you are in it.

Extremely clean, great bathroom, very comfortable bed. Although there was a convenience store very close by, there is not a full grocery store within walking distance that we could locate. Either we did not locate instructions or the TV did not have local channels. The cost is very reasonable for the loft.

Loved this place! Super convenient. Only complaint would be that on the wall in the living room, there is a nail poking out which was at my child's eye level. And the shampoo is so small, you will run out after 1 day. There is no conditioner. Wish they had just larger bottles in the bathrooms. Otherwise, very convenient to places. Also, providing some tide pods would be nice as well as coffee pods as I've seen in other type of Lofts in the area.

The people above us had a party late into the night. The bed was not a king as advertised and it was not comfortable. Great location.

Everything was fantastic!

Nice area, quiet, right next to the gallery street which we loved, only 5-10 min to main attractions. However, u cannot leave ur luggage for early arrival and/or after check-out and in order to do so, u need to go to the bldg where they have the reception and uber costs you around $12 per single way.

This was a clean, well-equipped, large flat decorated attractively and situated close to the Old Port. This was reflected in the expensive price. However, the mattress was too small for the bed, leaving the frame sticking out at ankle level. This created a trap that I hit during the night, giving a nasty cut. The hotel operates without a receptionist with the access code being emailed. This was not obvious on the Expedia advert. However, even though I had phoned our credit card details that morning, an email didn’t arrive (and still hasn’t) and I had to make several phone calls to chase without success. Eventually, Laethicia admitted she had been sending details to the wrong address and so she texted the code. The code gave us access to the building but not to the room. With no reception we searched the building for help. After some time, we discovered a cleaner who kindly opened the door when we discovered the flat in the text was in fact occupied by someone else. The cleaner couldn’t help and so she disappeared. After some time, we found another member of staff who couldn’t help and so went off to investigate. After further delay it became clear that the text gave the wrong room number. We received no instructions on the flat or its operation. We never managed to get the TV to work as there were no instructions.

Loved our 2 bedroom apartment in Les Lofts. Modern and clean with brick features. Wish I had known there was a washer/dryer unit in the hall at no charge. Would have brought detergent tabs. Bathroom amenities were great . You should know there are a few uphill climbs to get up to Old Quebec. The lofts are at the port. Museum of Cilvisation was around the corner and had an amazing First Nations exhibit and great snack/lunch option on site. The Lofts will not disappoint.

I was trying to call them to ask some clarifications but no one answered left message but no response resulted me to get charged for extra room and charged me $500 for both if i could reached them i should not be charged extra. They only accommodated me on the day of my reservation and took us more than an hour before we got check in. We are not happy and will not come back again.

Super nice place and we sure gonna be back

I booked a two-bedroom apartment with king beds. It was very spacious and cozy equipped with many amenities to make you feel like home. The location was in a quiet area where I needed to walk uphill a little bit to the center of Quebec old town and reached the Chateau Le Frontenac within about 10-15 minutes. There was no parking onsite, so I had to pay for a public parking lot nearby which was about 3 minutes away. Because the check-in process was contactless, you needed to provide the credid card information to them online separately before arrival in order to get the access code to the property although I booked through Expedia where this information was already provided. This was the process that I felt a bit unsafe. Anyway, everything went well without any issues during my stay.

I loved the location of this apartment. It was quiet, clean and very nice.

The property was very nice and clean and in a great location. Unfortunately I had to cut my trip short because I had a death in the family and the management would not allow me to reschedule our trip to another time. I understand their policy but it was a last minute event and some flexibility would have been appreciated. I would probably stay elsewhere if I ever go back to Quebec, and as a travel agent I would advise my clients of what I experienced.

Lovely condo and good location. However, we did not receive the code before arriving. There is no frontdesk so we could not leave our bags after the checkout.
