The door wasn’t locked. Someone else was staying in the room. The hotel is ran down and I couldn’t get a call back about my issue. They did message me after I messaged them so apparently that’s the way to get ahold of them. We had to find another place to stay.

Not a single thing

Location (we were in OK for a family reunion so good place between Pawnee & Stillwater) & mattress was very comfortable (we checked for bed bugs and it was clean & seemed relatively new)

Extremely outdated - toilet ran - had oversized oblong toilet seat with small random cover - pillows were disgusting - only 3 - like pieces of cotton balls thrown in a pillow case - no hot tub - building cracked - no remote control for TV only got it to play Court TV - only 2 small towels - musty - smells from outside came in (urine)
