I think maybe because of the eclipse we had a room that hadn’t been rented in years. It was a smoking room. Didn’t know hotels had these anymore. The box mattres looked VERY old and had holes. The bed covers had cigarette holes. The room didn’t smell of smoke but there were several signs. The electric outlets at cink seemed to be concreted in. The bathroom vent don’t work. Like I said, may be a room they are getting to to make repairs and only booked bevy of the event. It’s a room if I was just traveling and wanted a place to sleep and wash I would pay $49 for but $149, I don’t care what the event, not worth that.

It’s cheap but still not worth the price. There were cigarette burns in the blankets and sheets. I got into the shower (on the second floor) the shower was bouncy and felt like it could fall through. Missing tiles in the bathroom. People were smoking pot on the premises. So it smelled. The bed was absolutely terrible. Woke up so much, super bumpy. I woke up with a terrible back ache. Try somewhere else.

Better than expected

Last minute reservation while traveling. The rooms were disgusting! Ceiling tiles covered in mold drooping down in the bathroom. Tub floor was rotted out and felt like you would fall thru. Blood splatters on bathroom wall. Rooms stunk from lack of cleaning. Slept minimal amount and left as quickly as possible. Don't stay at this place!

We had reserved a long size bed, but when we got there all they had was a smoking room. We had to take two double beds to get non-smoking. Not very much on the continental breakfast. Good for just stopping for the night.

Just needed something cheap and easy. Was very satisfied.

I guess for $50 you get what you pay for. the place needs to be remodeled. Bathroom with mold around the floor edge and carpet in the room behind furniture was not clean.

For two road weary travelers it was a haven. Just needed a good nights sleep and didnt want to pay a fortune. Location was fine, amenities were what we needed. breakfast was provided though we didnt eat, Cereal, toast, juice milk, coffee. Didnt stay long but was a great stop for overnight.

The hotel was very clean. Our problem was that the internet connection kept failing. . Poor breakfast. Donuts were gone when we went down to breakfast. We went to Hardie's instead

Having never stayed in this motel, I was not disappointed. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was comfortable enough for my two nights. It would have been nicer had there been a flat screen television in the room, since the place is lacking a swimming pool, but all in all, a very pleasant experience.

I was rather disappointed that there was not an exercise room as advertised online. Other than that, I got what I paid for...a cheap room, yet clean and comfortable.

This motel was OK for one night. Our room had an unpleasant odor and the motel overall has seen better days. The staff was very friendly and most helpful. Next time I will definitely upgrade. I would recommend with reservations, you get what you pay for.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. My group and I arrived late in the evening. The first room we went to the air conditioner was in pieces and was not working. The desk clerk wasn't aware of this and said he was sorry. We recieved another room. We made sure the air worked in room #2. All of us took showers. Every one went to bed but me. The hour I remained up I had killed 3 cockroaches. The next morning my 2 yr old daughter found the smoke alarm AND battery in a drawer. That evening we got back after doing some visiting and my 70 yr old mom saw 2 cockroaches on the wall. Killed them and proceeded to the office. The desk clerk informed her that we must have broght them with us. After mom told him that we was clean peopl he changed his story to: It must be because of the high waters in New York... (we came from Michigan and was in Kentucky). My mom demanded her money back and I went to the room and pack up. I would NOT recommend this (roach)Motel to any one, unless that is the enviroment you already live in. The next time I go to hopkinsville, KY I will make arrangements with friends.
