The apartment is absolutely beautifully done with has great views from each room. The check-in is easy, once you know that you have to hold the access card to the reader for a little while. The roof top pool is large with plenty of loungers, and the first floor pool looked nice as well. The 24 hour lobby security was reassuring. There is a small grocery stores, liquor store and restaurant in the building. The property manager was very responsive when we had a question about the TV remote.

I recently stayed at this apartment in Cartagena, Colombia, and I can say without hesitation that it was an amazing experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the historic center, the beach, and the nightlife. But the best part of the apartment was the stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and the city skyline, especially at sunset. Every evening, I enjoyed watching the sun dip below the horizon, painting the sky with vibrant colors and reflecting on the water. The view was breathtaking and mesmerizing, and I felt a sense of peace and gratitude. The apartment had a large balcony where I could sit and relax, sip a drink, and listen to the sounds of the city. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the charming and colorful streets of Cartagena. It was decorated with many beautiful art pieces that really reflected the local culture. The apartment also had a friendly and helpful host, who gave me tips on where to go and what to do in the city. He was always available and responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. He even helped with arranging travel from the airport and local shops and restaurants. I felt very welcomed and appreciated by him, and I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cartagena. This apartment was amazing! The apartment was extremely clean, modern and great amenities throughout the building. I cant thank the host(s) and building management enough for their hospitality, consistent communication. Check-in was easy, as well as check-out. This is a must stay location, surrounded by plenty of stores. The area seems safe and the beach is walking distance as well. Overall, I'll most likely return on my next trip (because there will be another trip) and I hope to stay once again.

This apt is a new listing on Vrbo with just one 5.0 review. That gave me pause and chatted with the owner, an all around nice person and very helpful. I'm so glad I took the plunge. Great condo, gorgeous views, excellent location, and solid service. The apt was well furnished and ideal for our vacation, we felt at home. The balcony has million dollar views of the Caribbean sea, CTG skyline, bay, lagoon and the Island of Tierra Bomba with comfortable furniture for enjoying the sunset each evening. Loved the decor, loved how big the apt was, the beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. Nice hot water in the showers and clean linens. The location in Laguito is awesome - surrounded by restaurants, shops, and beaches; and totally safe to walk around at night. Host was super responsive at all times and dealt with any issues that had arisen promptly. THANK YOU for your attentiveness. We could not have asked for a better apt and host for our time in Cartagena! Will recommend to friends and family. I'll be back for a working vacation next time, there is a nice spot for a home office there

When I first found this property on VRBO, I was instantly hooked on wanting to stay there. But...there were no ratings or reviews. Was it too good to be true?? I was going to Colombia as a prelude to a milestone birthday and planned to work remote a few days and enjoy time off the remainder of the time. 7 days total. Although it didn't have reviews, it was the video posted that comforted me in knowing that the unit does exist. This is probably just a new listing. I'm soooo happy that I took the leap of faith! The unit is exactly how it shows in the video, and the view is even more breathtaking in person! The building is extremely secure, you're required to have a band to get past security to go upstairs. There's two pools -- one on group level, and one on the roof which is the 43rd floor. This unit is on the 29th. The unit has smart tvs in each room equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and others. The AC works well and is throughout each room. The wifi is strong. I had no issues working from here. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including coffee and waffle makers. The Samsung washer and dryer are really fast and efficient. At the beginning of my trip my water wasn't getting as hot as I'd prefer. I decided to mention it to the Ops team and they had someone there to fix it in 20 minutes. And the water was as hot as I wanted it to be moving forward. Everything here is top notch. Highly recommended!
