Our family loved staying at this cozy home in Maine. An easy short walk to a beautiful cove, a fun (gas) firepit for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows, a bedroom with a TV (peak luxury for a 6 and 11 year old) . . . everything as described, clean, and comfortable. Ideal for traveling with children, we would recommend this home! Two items worth mentioning, neither of which reduce our satisfaction with our stay: One, the pillows are of the very large, thick type . . . if you have a sensitive neck, BYOP (bring your own pillow). Two, the A/C are window units, not central air. They are fairly effective, but a little noisy and not consistent. It would be great if Vrbo would distinguish between central AC and window units.

Well appointed, beautifully remodeled home. The yard is magical with mossy rocks and a fenced in backyard. Sadly, no chickens. Great location, there is a lovely park down the road and the sea breeze kept us cool. We really enjoyed it and would love to come back!

Overall we had a great stay. It is worth nothing that you can access the beach at the end of the road. The town of Rockland has a lot to offer and the house is close to Mcloons for Lobster rolls. The house suited us well and we would stay again.

Lovely cottage for our family of five. Our younger boys shared the adorable kids' bedroom upstairs and had plenty there to keep them busy. Our oldest had the downstairs bedroom and seemed to really love the privacy that the heavy curtains provided. We had the master bedroom and appreciated the comfy king bed and the half bath (wouldn't have minded some heavier curtains in that room too though!) Loved chatting with the chickens out back and roasting marshmallows for s'mores in the fire pit. Sadly it rained for the one full day of our stay, but we made pancakes for breakfast and decided to make the best of it. Luckily the cottage had an impressive assortment of books (many of our favorites) and board games, which we love! Twister helped the boys get some of their pent up energy out. Villainous, Camp and Forbidden Desert were new to us and lots of fun. Would've played Sherlock Holmes Mystery game and Potato Pirates too, but it got too late in the day! Having a washer and dryer and dishwasher available was a nice perk. All the rooms even had nightlight alarm clocks with optional white noise available, which was handy for the kids. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Somehow lost my phone during our trip which was the one downside. Searched the whole house but didn't find it. The house was in a perfect location, dog friendly quiet, and peaceful. Directions were perfect and the neighbors friendly.. Loved this little get a way.

Very tidy and lovely home, well equipped kitchen. The most comfortable beds. My family and I loved our stay. Short drive to Camden, just what we were looking for :-)

Great place to get away. We did not get a chance to experience all of the local spots but what we did was awesome. The fresh eggs for breakfast on Saturday morning was a great bonus
