Nice size, comfortable. Kids enjoyed outdoor pool.

Lingering odour, despite being quite clean. we used febreeze to rectify.

The villa was lovely. Well maintained, clean , and everything we needed in it for our stay. Had a nice welcome gift of a cream tea when we arrived 😊 Lots of extras inside, toys, games, dvds for children.

The onsite facilities weren't great, and feel it's unfair that the owner of the property has to pay a fee for the facilities. Have to book to use indoor pool, and outdoor pool depends on weather if it's open. "Teen den" small arcades, closes at 8pm. Leaving nothing else for the children to do in evenings. Crazy golf...... not worth the money they want to charge. Water slide £12 for 1hr.... was told by 1 of the team a better 1 was down the road. On-site shop, very poor. 1 is needed

It was a quiet site ,but easy reach to go exploring, so good location

The villa we stayed in was great, very clean and comfortable with everything that was needed, would definitely stay again

We stayed at no 62. The cottage is very clean, airy and bright. kitchen is fully equipped. Shower is powerful. Anna our host/owner is always one message away, very attentive. Staff at the resort were helpful. The children said indoor swimming pool was very nice, clean enough. We were lucky with the weather and outdoor pool was opened.. not the cleanest but they were happy. The resort is located on the main road, 20-30 min drive from Newquay and Eden Project.
