Location was good, bathroom facilities were really nice.

This is just a house that has been split into rooms with ensuites. The walls are PAPER thin, we were kept awake all night by the snoring of the person next door and could hear their movements to the bathroom etc then again by loud children the next morning. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, with flat pillows, and felt that there were springs poking into my side all night. There was no top sheet on the beds, only a doona that was stained with yellow markings and the bedside tables had coffee stains. We ended up cancelling the rest of our stay and would have not stayed here. Needs better advertising than as a “unit”.

The front entrance needed a very good sweep from dirt & leaves. The little patio was filthy - table hadn’t been cleaned in ages & the chairs were covered in dirt & cobwebs,

The property needed a fly screen on the window. I found the room spray over powering and unfortunately it gave me a headache.

Very clean and cozy. It was our wedding night and they did well to cater for us.

The locks on the doors are where too fiddly and we were locked out numerous times.

Brand new. Professional decorating throughout, including paint colours, furniture coverings, throw pillows and the like. The whole place is fresh & new and sparkling clean. Privacy is great, with separate front (exterior) door lockable entries and bathrooms in each room, tea & coffee making facilities, cutlery/plates, etc. all supplied. Unfortunately, the heater and hot water both malfunctioned on my first visit. It was traced back to a vindictive previous owner sneaking back & creating mischief ,so was nothing to do with maintenance or cheap products. Faults were rectified stat. Very friendly and helpful staff/owners who kept me updated throughout.

Mentioned to my contact that there were no sensor lights to driveway or front yard. It appears to be switches inadvertently left in the OFF position. Ineffective labelling of powerpoints/switches may be the culprit. I am staying there again next week, so I hope it is better by then. The instructions to get in (via electronic door lock) were a trifle unclear but we got there in the end.
