The actual building was ok but it was located next to shacks

1. It had no signage so we spent 45 minutes driving up and down trying to find it We asked two policemen and the taxi drivers at Sandals (500 meters away) and the men at the car wash and they kept saying “do you mean Villa Maria”? In the end we used the photos on the website to identify the building (we were parked 100 meters from it) 2. Its located next to shacks 3. There was no local phone number and the foreign number did not connect 3. Not comfortable with security, apartment on ground floor, no burglar bars 4. No one at the apartment, we were let in by a guest who had recently arrived and had no information. Eventually a lady arrived (a house keeper?) who showed us an apartment which was “like a dungeon “ dark and smelt musty (not opened for fresh air in a long time) I felt very uncomfortable and was not prepared to risk it, so left for another hotel

I pretty much had free roam of the entire property. Nice, peaceful and relaxing with access to local private beach. Also, the house is about 5-10 minutes drive from everything. Highly recommend.

it’s absolutely breathe taking and such a safe neighborhood I travel alone so it was the best stay ever!
