La déco, le personnel très accueillant, disponible, l’emplacement est superbe et permet de vraiment se déconnecter avec des petits ballades aux alentours.

Au moment du départ et payer la taxe de séjour on nous informe que l’on peut laissé un pourboire de 14€ en plus pour le personnel mais que ce n’est « obligatoire » mais une fois devant le fait accompli….la question n’est pas de laisser un pourboire mais la manière dont s’est présenté que nous avons trouvé déplacée

Fab hotel, very helpful and friendly staff, lovely food, wonderful and quirky interior design and very clean. We were upgraded and our room was large and very private amongst the olive trees with a private terrace, so peaceful. Location was perfect for touring that area of Provence.

Absolutely lovely staff but the facilities are definitely not worth the 5 Star price you pay. The room was fairly spacious but also fairly basic. No slippers, condiments supplied in the bathroom were basic, hand cream and soap and shampoo from dispensers. Our bath shower had no curtain so the water splashed all over the floor, but after pointing this out a curtain was installed. They provide 4 packets of tea in the room but no milk. Your outside “Patio” has two wire chairs without cushions and a small table, hardly 5 Star. Breakfast was fairly basic and nothing to write home about, scrambled eggs were cold, fruit one day not the next, the hotel has a restaurant for dinner but the small menu was not appealing so cannot comment. After being out all day and returning to an unmade room was disappointing, had to call reception to get it made up. Apparently they have just opened so hopefully they will get their act together. To top it off they automatically add a staff gratuity to your bill without asking😡
