We had an amazing stay. On arrival we were greeted like friends and given a full rundown of facilities and made aware of the added benefit of a pathway down to the river through the property. Upon entering the cottage we found so many little extras! Bacon, eggs, milk, bread, juice and snacks! The cottage was nicely furnished with the most amazing towels! The bed was comfortable and the couch was comfortable enough to really relax and indulge in an afternoon nap.

The grounds were a little run down. I know they had had a lot of rain previously but the garden needed a lot of attention.

Beautiful location, and the room exceeded all expectations. Little touches such as breakfast supplies and welcome message were so appreciated. Would definately recommend and stay again.

Was not really clear where to go on arrival. Could have been better signage so there was less awkward searching for a door.

Andrew and Ann-Marie were wonderful hosts who incorporated lots of thoughtful touches around the very beautiful and cosy cottage. Great location, very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Completely exceeded our expectations.

Quiet private location

No wifi

The room we had was very comfortable with lots of homely touches. The propert is just a short walk down to the Murray, and was far enough from town to be private and peaceful, but close enough that it was not a burden to go to the shops.

everything. the location is inside a farm very peaceful and nice place to be
