Fantastic stay- host were more than accommodating. The house was just as described and a home away from home!

This house is all about the back patio and the beach! We loved the outdoor set up; it’s just as pictured. The house is on a very quiet and short street - at the end of which is the amazing St Augustine beach. Our dogs went crazy and had a blast on the beach! This house is even closer to the beach than I anticipated. The house itself was well accommodated for 4 adults and two dogs. It is an older house, but it was clean and updated pretty well. That being said, it really is all about the outdoor space and the beach. We also visited historic St Augustine a couple times (also dog friendly) we had a great time there! It was about a 10 minute drive. Overall this was a great choice!

We really enjoyed this cozy beach retreat! It was close to the beach and lots of restaurants! The inside common space was cozy which we prefer (nowhere for the kids to hide away) and the outside back area was spacious and beautiful! We really enjoyed our getaway and hope to stay there again!❤️

We spent four nights in this cute little cottage, two couples and two children. The house is an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. We loved that it's also in walking distance to multiple restaurants, the pier, and shopping. Although the common space indoors seemed a little small at first, the outdoor space more than made up for it! The landscaping is beautiful, furniture comfortable, and we loved the lights and firepit at night. I would 100% rent this place again.

The location was great. It was close to the beach and to town so very little driving is needed. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Fantastic stay in this classic, cleverly appointed cottage just steps from the beach. Plenty of room, very comfortable with an informal-unwind vibe. Back yard tiki bar is a little piece of heaven. Hosts are the best and very responsive. A jewel of a place we look forward to retuning to.

We had an awesome vacation at this home. We are outdoor people so the outdoor entertaining area was everything we could have wished for and more. Perfect location to beach and restaurants for walking.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. The location is prime, the house is lovely and has an amazing outdoor eating space, and the owner is extremely responsive and helpful. I will definitely try to stay here again when we return to Florida!

Perfect size for 4 guys to hang, watch football/golf, and chill, when not out on the courses nearby. Owner easy to communicate with. Will stay again.

Wonderful location. We loved it being so close to the beach and downtown Saint Augustine. Property manager/owner has been really good about communicating with us as the property needed some attention in regards to cleaning and some maintenance needed she wasn’t aware of, which she immediately addressed. Had to be honest that it wasn’t real clean when we arrived (I am a neat freak I admit) but for the rest we had a good stay. You can’t beat this location being so close to the beach, restaurants and downtown Saint Augustine.

We really enjoyed our stay here at this beach house. It was just perfect for our group! We loved being able to walk down to the beach multiple times per day and watched the sunrise almost every morning. :-) We cooked at home for most meals and found that the kitchen was equiped with all the cookwear and dishes that we needed. The only complaint we had was that the outdoor trash didn't get picked up before our visit and was completely full and very smelly before we even arrived. Unfortunately the trash bins are in the same location as the outdoor shower. This made the whole 'washing sand off after the beach' experience extremely unpleasant for our entire 6-day stay. Fortunately it only takes a few minutes to do the sand rinse, so we tried to make those trips as fast and infrequent as possible. All and all, we would still return because we did love the house that much! I suspect what happened with the trash was a total mishap and only happened because the prior guests left the day before trash pickup and that's why the trash failed to go out. We hope it gets sorted out by next summer because we would love to return!

This house was the perfect setting for our weekend getaway with our older-teenage boys and their friends. It's an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Did not even need to drive anywhere. The hosts were great. Lots of towels and beach supplies - we did not have to bring anything. Pet friendly too which means a lot to us because we like to travel with our dog.

We had a great week at St Augustine beach. The house had everything we needed and we couldn’t be happier with the location to the beach and even walkable to several local food stops and stores. The donut shop around the corner was great for a quick snack one morning.

Location is everything with this house. Steps away from the beach making it easy to haul all your gear for a beautiful day in the sun. Great patio too!

This is a precious bungalow in a great location. The outside pergola and comfy seating make a wonderful after sunset location to hang out. It’s just beautiful. The owner is super responsive and very nice. We only had two issues with the property. The dishes appeared to have been put up dirty. There were quite a few items that had dried food on them. The fourth bedroom isn’t two singles. It’s a daybed with a spring on the top and a mattress on the pull-out. It is very uncomfortable and really not usable. Other than that, the property is exactly as stated.

The owners were great with communication and the house was in a perfect spot near the beach and dining. Definitely worthwhile staying here. The only other comments/suggestions are if you plan to cook much, better bring a large skillet and a baking sheet. We drove to the beach house so we just went and bought a few pans and brought them house. Also just double check to make sure the dishwasher was ran and dishes are clean. Other than that it was great.

The house had everything we needed for our family of 6 adults. Nice outdoor area with shade, some beach supplies (chairs, chair carrier, wagon), outdoor shower, washer/dryer, nice TV, plenty of parking, and short walk to the beach.

The property is well maintained and has all you need for a great beach trip, including an outdoor shower. The owner was wonderful at communicating with me and gave suggestions on where to go and what to do with our grandkids. Highly recomend this property!
