Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed - If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive - NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay - You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended. Outdoor fire pit usage is prohibited between designated quiet hours and usage of the outdoor fire pit and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions. Check the community website or electronic sign - Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area - DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property
