The inside of the property was decent and seemed clean but white socks on the floor told us a different story. The kitchen is not very well equipped but was fine. The master bathroom shower is nice. ( Love the rainfall shower head) The Lanai and pool area were dirty especially the pool. It needs a good deep clean. Had a ring around the whole pool of dirt build up that easily came off with Magic Eraser. As a pool owner I can say it definitely is not being maintained the way it should be. The chlorine tabs were out for 4 of the days of our stay. There is mold growing on the lights outside and in several other areas. The playpen that is outside is disgusting and needs thrown out. I wouldn't put my dog in that thing let alone a child. The door leading outside was black around the handle which we cleaned with cleaner and paper towels. The bar outside is nice and the grill was in good shape. Overall is was a decent stay but the dirty outside was really bad. A simple cleaning would make all the difference for this property.

This house had very good size rooms. Very nicely decorated. Only complaints I have is that the pool area had a very dirty play pen that should have been removed. There was a very dirty entrance mat from the pool to the house which desperately needed cleaned and tracked dirt into the house. We couldn’t find any extra blankets. Kitchen was not very stocked. Limited everything. Fridge water and ice dispenser did not work. Very minor complaints though. Would recommend and or stay there again.

We drove almost 11 hours to get to the house only to find the pool was green and the kids could not swim. I immediately contacted the property host who said they would send someone out the next day and the pool would be ready. The next day we had a pool tech come out and put chemicals in and said the pool would be ready in 2 hours. 2 hours later the pool was still horribly cloudy. I received another message stating another person would be coming out to fix the pump on the pool, when that man arrived we were told this was an ongoing issue and he was just out there 2 days prior. The host had told me we would be compensated due to not being able to use the pool (Whole reason I booked the property) . i have attempted to contact the host twice since checking out with no response on how they are going to handle the compensation. Property was decent, but I was not happy driving that far with 6 kids and them looking forward to the pool

Our family flew out for our friends wedding and we absolutely Loved the house. Great entertainment area in the back yard, the pool was Lovely. Everything was fantastic!

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It had plenty of space for our 7 adult family members. The outdoor pool and bbq area was so pretty and was a great place for us to relax and hang out. Its in a great location and close to everything! The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed!

We had a great stay. A very spacious 4 bedroom house that comfortably accommodated 3 adults and four children. We really appreciated the alarm on the back door as there was a 4 year old in our group with no fear of the water.

The home was exactly as advertised. The home was beautiful, it was perfect for my family to stay at. I would highly recommend staying at this property. If I had a complaint it would be that the pool was not heated but all in all it was a great trip and I would definitely stay at the home again. Thank you for your quick responses to emails and answers to all my questions.

The house was beautiful inside and had a large pool and outside lounge area. The house was the perfect size for 2 families.However, the kitchen was not well-equipped enough for 2 families. They need to add more silverware and cooking pans/pots/utensils. The pool was beautiful for the first few days, but became cloudy and dirty with even very limited use and when we contacted the management they sent a pool guy who came and threw in one bucket of chemicals and left. Unfortunately it didn’t help and the pool remained unusable. As families flying in from out of state, we had hoped that maybe there would’ve been some beach chairs to use while there, but there weren’t. The only other issue was the knee-high grass and lack of landscaping which made the outside of the house not match the beautiful interior.

The screened in outdoor pool, lounge, grill area was awesome. House was clean and neatly furnished. Plenty of space for family and friends.

We were in town for a softball tournament. The pool was a great retreat from a day at the hot ball park. The home was very clean and neat. Everything was just as we expected from the listing.
