This was a very clean home. There was great in communication. Would highly recommend this place for a nice family oriented stay that makes you feel at home

Perfect house for a family stay to visit our baseball player. Convenient to Otterbots and downtown Danville.

Very convenient to everything.

We were at the cottage long, mostly just to sleep as we had a friend’s wedding. Everything we needed was there, beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home.

This home was great! Although we only stayed one night we were very pleased. We arrived in the evening and departed the next morning at check out. Will definitely stay here in the future when in the area on business.

Me and a friend came to Danville for an event at the raceway. This home seemed perfect for us! And it was!! Checkin was easy and accurate. The listing was spot on. Check out was also easy and accurate (while I do appreciate a VRBO that doesn't require debedding and taking out trash, it was disclosed in the listing and the check out procedures here are EASY!). The property owner/manager has amazing and timely communication. But let me tell you the best part... The beds! I've stayed in more hotels and VRBO's than I care to admit and the beds here may be the most comfy I've ever had in a rental. Everything appears clean and organized. I did notice that someone mentioned the yard needing to be better kept up in a previous review and that is true again here, but it's by no means unmanageable. And, if I'm honest, outside of walking out back of the house one time, I would have never known the grass was just past my ankles. Aside from that, if you're looking at this listing I'd 100% recommend booking it if it suits your needs/wants. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoyed ours.

It was a great place to stay, the only thing wrong was the lawn was not picked up or mowed, sticks all over the lawn and it was very shaggy, should have been mowed.
