For everything was nice staff was good. The only thing missing is a swimming pool.

The staff is very unfriendly. The toilet wobbled. The water in the bathtub ran constantly, could not shut it off.

Affordable

The first room smelled very strong of cleaning solution and the toilet didn't flush. We were moved to another room and when we flipped on the light about 15 baby roaches ran in all directions on the counter under TV. There were baby roaches in the microwave. By this time it was late, so we slept with all the lights on and left very early in the morning. I would not recommend this place.

The property was nice, they have a bar and restaurant on site so that made it easy to walk across the parking lot. They do offer a hot breakfast as well which is a good plus.

It was nice for just one night! It was convenient to everything. There are no ironing boards or irons in room. Have to request. They brought one to me but didn’t have the ironing cover to the ironing board. All and all not bad

Noisy dirty low water pressure but nice tv

Staff was kind and AC was strong, but room was dirty and not maintained. Odd smell in room and grimy walls, surfaces, and bathroom. Had bugs running around in the bathroom. Toilet didn't flush properly and the shower was constantly dripping. I strong armed it and it slowed a bit but was still dripping. Towels were very worn and had holes. Needless to say, I won't be back and wouldn't recommend this place. Pay the extra $50 to stay at the best western.

Overall the stay was good. The photos online are definitely "enhanced", but give the cost of the rooms, I assumed they were. None of that was an issue and the room was clean. The lighting is less than desirable, but it not a deal breaker if we were to return. Bed was nice, sheets clean and super soft. The only issue we kept having was the parking. Oh my gosh, it's terrible due to the restaurant being right there. Our room was 114 so on the back side, right whete the restaurant sits. We came back many times and there was no parking even by our room, like at all. That was extremely frustrating, so that would be my only "beware of". If you have a lot to unload/load, that could be an issue. Otherwise, you can't beat the cost and value of the room itself! We 100% would stay again for those reasons.

A very clean, older place that has been nicely updated.

This won't be the only time I opt to stay here, convenient for what I needed, clean and just a nice stay.

THE SHOWER STAYED HOT FOR AS LONG AS YOU WANTED, BUT THE BATHROOM SINK WAS UNUSABLE MAJOR LEAK, AND I HAD NO CABLE OR NETWORK TV. THE COMP. BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE,AND THERE WAS A CREAPY EMPLOYE WATCHING YOU GET YOUR FOOD

Property being updated. It could do with a bit of love

Lovely and clean!

It was awful! The grounds had beer caps cigarettes and plastic cups as you drive up! Room was ok! But the service was awful! Had to talk into a window opening! The “free” breakfast was a joke! Cereal-no milk??? Had to eat in an empty hotel room??? No restaurant space ??? A toaster but no bread???? Eggs and sausages were ice cold heater not turned on??? No other food??? Even the TV didn’t work! No one to help no person at front desk-everyone had disappeared!

Location was the only good thing. The staff is incompetent, unfriendly, and uncaring!

Breakfast service was terrible. They ran out of food before we arrived at 8am, and had no more supplies. No eggs, no milk for cereal. The attendent barely spoke English and only said, "Please see Manager". Office was closed until 9 am, so no Manager on duty. Terrible mangement, suggest you find another hotel.

Great experience

For the purpose of our holiday it was perfect located.

When I first arrived and went to check in there was no one at the front counter to great me. I saw that I needed to ring a bell for service. Eventually a young lady came out from behind a closed door. There was a mix up in the room reservation but eventually that was sorted out. The pictures of the motel on line gives the appearance of a much nicer room than what is reality. The furniture is old and mis matched, does not fit the space well. Lamp shades are stained. There was a plastic bag hanging from the ceiling covering what looks like where a ceiling smoke alarm should have been. The sink area and tub are old and look grungy. The worst part of the stay was that the toilet constantly ran. There had to be a leak underneath the flooring because when you would step on the flooring around the toilet water would seep up. There was a smell of mold and wet that stayed the entire stay. Unless management remodels more of the rooms, I would avoid this motel at all cost.

Clean and convenient

Our first time to Bandera - we were charmed by the friendliness and kindness of the people. We were greeted at the hotel with an eclipse-watchers gift basket. Our room was clean and comfortable. I could tell it’s probably a little old - tiny toilet/bath area, but it was suitable. Water pressure leaves a little to be desired. There is a lovely seating area by the Medina River, which is also overlooked by Brick’s Restaurant, which was great too. The folk at the hotel need to learn to make coffee - we brought our own, thankfully. They also neglected to ensure clear skies for the eclipse ;) Loved the town and hill country and will be back.

Took my pets for a Easter celebration and it was beautiful great service.. I would stay again definitely..
