The code to go straight in after long travel and late evening, the view, being a cook, I loved the kitchen and dining area. A bathroom for every bedroom. The whole house was beautiful and had a welcoming home feeling for at least a week.

There was really nothing to dislike.

The cleanliness of cabin and the upgraded appliances, to include the number of bedrooms and bathrooms available.

I did not like the distance from the main strip and lack of number of remote controls for TVs.

I like the cabin and the view.

I thought that the pool was at the house.

The view was incredible. One of the best we have ever had while staying in the Smokies. Plenty of room in the cabin and owner's were very responsive when we had issues with internet and TV connections.

Initially hard to find, but once we drove a couple of times into town, became far easier to navigate. Not the owner's fault but we did find trash under sofa and on the balcony that housekeeping did not find. However, we did ask for early check in so they might have rushed. Overall very clean cabin. One of the downstairs toilet seats broken but we managed without issue. Our fault that we didn't mention to the owner's to have repaired but since we were able to use it anyway, we did not have maintenance come out for that issue. Biggest complaint was fitted sheets on all the beds refused to stay on mattress. Constant battle throughout our stay. Just need bigger fitted sheets and problem solved.
