Location, nice home

The guest contact was not very professional or helpful, he didn’t “keep me updated” as he said he would. The house hadn’t been cleaned yet upon our arrival. And when they did come and clean, they were only there an hour. They only washed one set of sheets and one load of towels, both of which I’m 90% sure they didn’t use any laundry detergent to do so. I told them i didn’t mind making up the bed, which i did, but they didn’t offer to wash any of the blankets or comforters that were used by the previous guests. So i spent the first day doing laundry with the detergent i brought myself so we’d have clean blankets for our stay. I loved this property and would love to stay here again, but i was super disappointed with the way things were handled.
