The whole place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The gardens and pool area were immaculate. The family owners were so friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Room was perfect and very clean.

Nice pool to have a swim to refresh.
The breakfast is one of the best and most variety we had travelling in Puglia.
The room is standard but clean.

Best breakfast we had during our trip in Puglia for 2 weeks. Homemade bread and cakes were delicious. It was very nice of the owner to provide containers so that guests can pack breakfast food for take out lunch. The room and the garden were very well maintained. The pool area was nice, too. The owner family was very friendly. Quite convenient location to explore the area by car.
WiFi was a bit slow though it was not a big problem for us.

- Staff was waiting for us late in the evening for check in.
- Nothing else to tell.
- The rooms are not at all well isolated in terms of sound. You can hear everything from the closest room (snoring, chattering, shouting, bathroom noise, chairs noise, etc.).
⚠ No solution was found or has been proposed by the managers for our quality of stay (possibility of changing room or negotiating with neighbors).
- Uncomfortable bed + dry sheets.
- Unbearable color light temperature (nearly 9000 Kelvin — super white, like a hospital).
⚠ We had to cut our stay short and find another hotel (at our expense) for our quality of sleep.

As soon as we were greeted past the gate, we were very well taken care of by Felipe and his family. They put great care in making breakfast each day offering a different variety of delicious foods beautifully presented with amazing cappuccinos. They also have containers for guests to take food to-go, which was very generous of them and convenient for the guest. Our room was very clean and had all the comforts of home, we did not want to leave. They made us amazing cappuccinos every afternoon and let us use their beach umbrellas which were much needed, and even mailed my postcard to the US. So grateful I found this place. I absolutely loved the beautiful city of Otranto and would definitely come back and stay at Un Post al Sole.

Amazing place to stay. We stayed only one night and unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy the pool area (which looked great) and surroundings, but the room was super clean and comfortable, the breakfast wow - full of the choices & flavours of Italy, and the hosts made us feel very welcome. Honestly highly recommend this place!
