Very nice facility. Good value. Good parking. Good breakfast. My only complaint is that there was no staff member at the front desk upon checkout.

The hotel is reasonably priced, clean, closed to the freeway. The area is safe which is my #1 priority staying in Seattle area. I always felt this place is safe.

We stayed while attending a concert in the area. The public areas in the hotel were seriously FREEZING cold. There were 2 fireplaces, and neither were on. The 2 receptionists were wearing coats! The first room had a nonworking toilet., so we were relocated to the room next door. Both rooms had torn up desk chairs. The fabric had big holes, and the foam was hanging out! The first room had 2 dense foam pillows, and 2 soft pillows, and nice towels. The second room had small fluffy pillows, not even standard size, and the towels were thin & flimsy. The bath towel was more like an oversized hand towel. Check out is noon, which is nice.....breakfast is served till 10:00, also nice, and breakfast looked really good.....potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, gravy & biscuits, all in chafing dishes, but cold as ice! So disappointing. They also had cheese, guacamole, salsa & spinach for your eggs, but just didn't work with cold food. Could be a great breakfast if they used the flame heat to keep the items warm! The hotel does provide covered, secure parking, and the room was very quiet.

Very nice hotel. The key card system was sketchy but was to be replaced a week later. Breakfast was included and excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

Great stay. Lobby and amenities not fancy but the rooms are well above average. I've stayed here enough that some of the team remember me and treat me great -- I love that kind of service. Sakinah, in particular, comes to mind -- wonderful person.

Hotel is overall very good. It’s frustrating that they grossly overcharge for food in their internal store. $5 for a bottle of juice is ridiculous.

An excellent value. We stayed in one unit 2 nights but then needed a room for one more night. The second room had a wrinkle in the carpet. Also the maid on our floor dumped the trash and recycling into the same bag. I alerted the front desk and was told that more training was needed. So environmentally that was a slight issue.

I can't give a star because i wasn't allowed to stay in this hotel after i booked because I'm shy of 21 yrs old, so i didn't have the good experience that I'm hoping for. It's my mistake not to check the minimum age to check in as i have no problem before. All the hotels that i booked prior were all 18 years old to check in. Since it's a bit late and frustrating to look for another hotel, we ended up sleeping in my car, which is very scary. We came to the US to attend an event, but it turned out not a good experience.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We had a family suite which was great - it came with a full kitchen and dinette table. This was helpful when the hotel breakfast area was crowded and we could bring breakfast up to our room. The room was spacious and clean. You have to request housekeeping, and the one day we requested they did not come. However, they did show up the next day. Yhe complimentary breakfast is excellent and there are lots of options. The location is great; very quiet and convenient.

This is a clean, easy place to stay. No frills. Not luxurious. But the front desk is always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. Very dependable place to stay.

Staff was very friendly, location was excellent, but the comfort was not. Probably the worst sheets and flat pillows I slept on. I would think they’d spend a little more on linens for a comfortable night sleep. They were substandard, poor quality sheets.

We were greeted by hotel staff at check in. My only issues with the hotel room was the AC did not want to run at night so our room was 71 degrees. And we booked a room with a jacuzzi tub but the jets werent working

Everything is very good. Our family were satisfied with the room condition and breakfast! I highly recommend for any guest who is having children.

We enjoyed the size of the room, shower is good, the front desk staffs are very friendly, the breakfast are good hence it’s free. I was a bit surprised that you have to request for room cleaning, even simply as picking out the trash. I think that’s because they are really short handed. I requested to have the room cleaned, but the request was either missed or never put in. When I tried to asked the cleaning lady, got no luck. We both can’t understand each other. However by late, the room did got clean up a bit.
Secondly that got this experience not as good is the smell, some customers smoke even outside but the smell was so strong, that give you headaches instantly and stays in the elevator for a long time.
Overall, I think it’s a good hotel, good location, good size if room.

The front desk gal admonished me just 3 steps in the hotel lobby for parking in the loading area before even saying welcome to our facility etc. I stay at hotels frequently and have never had an experience like that. Instead of escalating the situation, I turned around re-parked the car outside of the covered area and came back in. The gal back-peddled and made an insincere apology which only ruffled my feathers internally. I said nothing and checked in. This gal maybe better suited for security instead of the "first impression" that customers experience. We loved the room and the property was very clean.

Easy access from the freeway. Freeway noise all the time due to location made it almost impossible to have the window open for some fresh air. Breakfast was excellent, a really nice variety of foods. Excellent choice for brand of coffee served.

This property is conveniently located for business, not so much for restaurants. When it was a Silver Cloud hotel it had a great on-site all-day restaurant, but as a Best Western, it is now only open for the very basic breakfast.
