nice under some construction

Location of condo great, close to welcome center, activity center, pools, putt putt, tennis courts and golf course. Did not have correct last name at check in. Walk in shower nice but no shelves for soap or shampoo. No grap bar in case of falls Kitchen so so on supplies, but one drawer could not open all way as it hit oven door handle. Oven door did not open all way as 1/2 way open it hits cubboard door at sink.. means had to reach over hot door to place or remove food. Sink in kitchen very small. Resort has twenty eight dollars a day activities fee( which was not shared prebooking by VBRO only after deposit made) for things like putt putt, tennis, ping pong, pool towels and wifi which was VERY WEAK many times unable to send e mails. Could only have two items hooked to internet at one time. Complained about internet speed and told lots of people not happy. Was given phone number to call their WiFi provider to ask for reboot.. which if rebooted did not help! Very frustrating When checking out last name was not corrected.. even after 9 days. Sad situation

Clean and spacious. Check in was easy and quick!

The check in was slow if you arrive after dark bc there's a gate to into & it's a large property. There was pressure at check in AND at check out for time share sales. But the rest was pleasant. Oh.... the kitchen was not well stocked to cook full sized meals. And no dishwasher. Pools were nice but could use cleaning of floating hair balls. Over all, I felt safe taking my family here and the price was fair. Location to Universal/ Disney wasn't far, maybe 15-20 mins. I suggest taking pics upon arrival and check out to prove you left the place clean bc the clean up fee is outrageous.

Totally enjoyed my stay here. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and accommodating. My unit was exceptional. The only suggestion I would make, would be to have more staff available for check ins, as the last thing I wanted to do after a long travel day, was wait in line for 45 minutes. Other than that, absolutely no complaints!

This property was a mix. It was great in some ways, but lacking in many others. Great location if you are going for Disney, but the house was dated and the neighborhood was run-down. The layout was great. Lots of bedrooms and space for a large group. The kitchen had most of what we needed for a large family garhering, but thankfully we brought some of our own items as well. Our biggest complaints are that the place REALLY needs some minor updates and TKC. New pillows and towels are an inexpensive update and so appreciated. Also, while we defintitely went through a lot, there were NO extra items such as toilet paper, paper towels, gardage bags, dish soap, etc. Also, be aware that you pay extra to have the pool and hot tub heated. We did pay for this, but it didn’t work until the second day. We do intend to ask for a refund for the first day’s pool hearing cost. The pool door was broken, andrjepool area chair cushions in horrible condition.
