Neat, clean and easily accessible to downtown. Well equipped with everything. Bed very comfortable.

It's newly remodeled and there's a balcony with a view of the river!
There was no shampoo or soap; we were flying on the way home so didn't pack these. Also, I had to contact the owner to find out where the pool was but he replied promptly.

Fully stocked with all the tools you could need in the kitchen, plenty of fresh linens, very clean.

Location was good and close enough to walk downtown. Pool is nice as well.
If you want a really good work out, the fitness facility won't cut it but most people aren't there for this. Our son did need a proper gym so did not use it.

Location, location, location! This condo is close enough to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, and more, that you can walk without having to Uber. There were Lime scooters all over the place to rent, and those were great to get to and from the main tourist areas. We loved the view of the water from the windows. It had everything we needed for a short, overnight girls' trip.
The main bedroom doesn't have a door, which was fine for us, but might be awkward for others. Two of the beds are the sofa futons in the living room, and two are fold-away cots. We didn't use the cots. The futons seemed to be comfortable enough for adults for one night, but probably not for much more than that. (Kids would probably be okay for a few nights!)

Very cute condo with good access to all things downtown. Very Clean, cute. Have coffee and ice filled and ready to go very nice touch.
Location on the river was great, but there was lots of construction going on everywhere and lots of homeless people in the area. NOT a reflection on the owner of this property! But I didn’t feel real safe out walking on my own.

Trash cans would be nice only one was a small one in the bathroom and the tv in the bedroom didn’t work

Love the view of the river, the balcony, the quiet of the neighborhood that's still close to whatever you need to get to, the ease of parking, the cozy layout of the apartment.
The furniture and paint on the walls have a few worn spots, but this was no big deal. I would--and will--stay here again.
