Apartment was spotless, very well furnished and comfortable. View was lovely. Easy access to town and beach promenade.

The only issue was occasional noise from dog walkers and ship yards. Probably to be expected due to location of apartment.

The location is brilliant. The place is elegant yet cosy. We loved it. Appreciated the bottle of Prosecco. Well equipped. I miss it already.

Parking for 2 vehicles is a little optimistic

The view was wonderful, great to see every morning and evening. It’s handy for shops, the river and the sea front. There is a charming little ferry to the other side of the estuary a short distance along the river beach. You see boats arriving and departing which is interesting. The local people are very friendly. I’m an early riser and enjoyed the way dogs and people meet at 6am to chat. There is a gentleman who is out early every morning to clear up after visitors - he wears a different hat every day. Great atmosphere. The appartment itself is comfortable, apotless and well apointed.

Nothing really - the hob was a bit complicated if you just wanted to cook something simple until we got used to it. The seagulls score direct hits on window, but as soon as they are cleaned I think the seagulls do target practice on the windows again so nothing you can do about that.
