Fabulous room, very clean
The bar and restaurant were closed on a Saturday night and we hadn’t been told beforehand.

Brand new hotel, good underground car park
In new district of city, rather soulless, no local restaurants/ bars. On site restaurant closed.

all brand new hotel in the middle of the business district
it was located in a business district so staying there Friday night with kids in tow, all restaurants shut isn’t a massive plus

Good location, very nice hotel with large interconnecting rooms for families.
We booked our stay as a stopover on our way through France with 3 children to the ferry. On arrival we were informed that the restaurant was not open at weekends and we were expecting to eat in the restaurant and enjoy our evening together as we had done on a previous trip. I would not of booked if I had been aware of this.

Location
- Garage to pay each day.
- breakfast is very poor & not flexible for the hours
- no restaurant for the weekend
- Staff
1) unpleasant, tattoo on arms, rude
2) not helpful at all (ex: booked 2 rooms (travel: family) we don't need to send a request, the staff should give us 2 rooms at the same floor)
3) not professional except the manager Helene (only after many complaints!)
Ex: our room was not done & no towels. A total surprise: one night!!
- no excuses from the staff when the mistakes were done by them especially from the reception Typical french attitude!

Excellent beds. Nice breakfast.

Stayed in an interconecting suite as a stopover on our way home from the south west of France with 3 kids. Bed were very comfortable, hotel room was spotless and really spacious. Breakfast the next morning was nice.
Although its close to the city there are no restaurants within walking distance on the weekend, hotel is also very quiet on the weekend and the restaurant wasnt open when we arrived leaving little food options. Staff are hard to get hold of and reception wasnt manned very well. All staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is lovely but felt a little deserted. Be mindful when parking in the underground as it wont work for high cars with a roofbox. It also costs extra to park overnight which wasnt mentioned until we arrived.

Everything! Room was well appointed and ideal for a family as we had 2 communicating rooms which essentially turned it into a large suite ideal for our family of 5. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms amazing and spotless. Nice Nuxe bathroom products available and great tea and coffee making facilities. Very quiet hotel with very easy access to the ring road and onward journeys. Excellent security in the carpark. Only issue was the height of the entrance to the carpark was so low that we could not drive our car in which had a roofbox on top. We had to unpack the roofbox, and detach it and park the car with the roofbox beside it. Was not ideal but the security of the carpark was excellent and we were not worried. Still worthwhile staying here because it was so handy and such a nice hotel. We only stayed one night and did not have breakfast but I would definitely stay again as was very handy for a stopover on our way to the ferry at Cherbourg.
Low height restriction of car park.

The beds were ok, and so was most of the staff.
One staff member was rude, she treated me and my granddaughter in a condescending way.
The breakfast was poor. And there was a security deposit that took a lot of time and stress, because the only electronic way to pay os a credit card.

The best thing was the friendliness of the staff. They were exceptional and really helpful. The room was large, adequately heated, lovely bathroom and quiet.
We ate at the hotel on Sunday evening. We knew it would be room service but that is not an excuse for such uninteresting, bland food. There was a lot of fuss made of the fact that it was fait maison, which is great, but a take away pizza would have at least had some taste. The breakfast was better but nothing amazing, and quite pricey.

Good size room with big shower. Very quiet. Lovely and very friendly staff.
It would be nice to have a bottle of water for each day staying in hotel. Now only on the first and second day there was a bottle of water. Room service menu was the same for the whole week, so not much to choose from .. a change in the menu would be nice.
