As instalações muito limpas e o atendimento excelente. O café da manhã muito bom e a localização excelente!
Recebi primeiro o quarto 712 e notei que havia um vazamento da ducha aparecendo agua na porta do banheiro após o banho. Depois fui movida para o 1001 (devido a reserva prévia do outro quarto para outros clientes) e lá o barulho era constante (não sei se de hospedes ou de limpeza de quartos mas era constante o barulho pela movimentação de móveis). Outra coisa que me deixou um pouco decepcionada é que as fotos da área da piscina não condizem com a realidade :(

Café da manhã bem variado e localização próxima ao aeroporto.
Dos funcionários não avisarem que precisa carimbar o Ticket do estacionamento ao lado, pois meu esposo foi pagar o estacionamento para pegar o carro, mas teve que retornar à recepção do hotel para o Ticket ser carimbado.

Breakfast, dinner, and other dining options were excellent. The staff were extremely pleasant! Everyone was patient and helpful with me while I tried to translate from English. The place was clean and located near some interesting shopping and dining areas.
The fitness room was not that great, but it was better than not having one at all.

Very good location. I went to see my favorite band's show and it is located right next to the place. There are many restaurants, drugstore and bakery around. Also the beds are so comfortable and the breakfast is wonderful. I would stay more if I could.
I asked for a room with one bed for a couple and I got a room with 3 beds.

They should remodel the gym, it is very small and cramped.

The people are very caring and all the things I asked we're taking care very fast.
The bedroom it's a little smaller than I thought. The twin beds were a little to light and moved around as I move when sleeping. But the linens we're very clean and smells very good.
