Good and tasty meals. Perfect localisation near ski slopes. Comfortable beds.

There wasn't socket near bed. Rooms could be refreshed. Rooms and bathrooms are dark, installed lamps are poor.

The breakfast is a 5 star breakfast! We were in Villa for the 4th time. No change, everyting is perfect! The staff (especially the young lady) in the restaurant is very polite. :)

Very convenient location for our holiday.

Booking.com could do better in terms of value for money. Other facilities next to this which are luxurious apartments were cheaper. Only discovered this when we got there and realised Booking.com had unfairly marked this facility. So my advise is to do your research independently before booking via Booking.com

The location is excellent. There is a room to keep your skiing equipment. We had a view literally at the slopes, thanks to which we could determine the amount of people, the weather etc. The bed was super comfy and there was enough space to keep clothing for two people in place. Food was pretty good as well, great choice of traditional polish stuff for breakfast and some random european cusine for lunch.

Firstly, soundproofing doesn't exist here - you can hear very clearly when someone's louder in a room nearby and especially in the corridor which kinda affects the privacy. The balcony wasn't private - it's shared with a room next door, which wasn't mentioned and we discovered that literally on our last day - so that deteriorated our feeling of privacy even more. During one of the breakfasts a chair almost fell apart under me, so the quality of the furniture is pretty questionable and the pool/billards table is firstly literally in the middle of the dining area and secondly it's very low quality (not full size, plastic sticks). There was no trash in our room except for a very small one in the bathroom, so after 4 days of not having any kind of room service to empty the trash we had seriously trouble dealing with garbage. And last but not least - the car park was supposed to be easy access, flat entrance etc. - absolutely not true. It was snowing like hell when we arrived and you have to drive upwards, then a bit downwards. The car park is not being cleared of snow at all every day, so if you don't have a 4x4 vehicle or chains - good luck! It was super stressful when my front drive, 100 hp small city car was fighting for grip when we tried to leave the place. At least some simple sand to make the grip better could do but no one seemed to care. Overal not terrible experience but also not the best for this price, which is probably determined by the location and high season only, nothing more.
