Villa in solid condition on PERFECT location, 5 min walk from whatever You wish, beaches, bars, restaurants, markets, everything!
It is not newest building and do not have newest furniture, but everything it is in really good condition and well equipped.
Stuff is really helpful
Poor WiFi signal in some rooms, but not that important for us

Rental company left some basic food for our arrival.
washing machine and dishwasher very useful for longer stays
Ground floor air conditioning didn’t provide heat so early season living room quite cold.
Toaster and microwave need some attention.

We stayed at villa for 10 days. Villa is beautiful spacious and clean. Everything was very well prepared and organized. We had only two minor situations with air-conditioning but it was solved fast thanks to friendly and helpful staff.
There are many villas in this area close to each other. Once your close neighbours will have a party I am pretty sure that you can join them for free.
