I liked the ambience of the facility.

There kitchen is stopped. There’s facilities and the persons behaviour is not good.

I rented the triple room for my friend. The room upstair was too small to put luggage inside the room. So the luggage has to leave near the entrance of the ground floor. It is very inconvenient for traveller who has luggage. The house is noisy because any room talks or turns on the tap water, even the basement can hear clearly.

Nothing. They hide their 'out of facilities'. Their kitchen is not working. Their 4 rooms and only 1 bath room. This is so crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cleanliness...the place is amazingly clean.
Ray is a great host.andntook time to meet, greet, and orientate us to his home.
Just a small suggestion. Place a small fan in the room. Since a guest has not direct control on the thermostat, a fan helps to circulate air in the room, and if guests feel its too hot, they can turn on the fan. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay...thanks.

The availability of the hosts, their welcome. They were always ready to assist in any way. The room suited my needs for the purpose of the trip and the en suite bathroom was modern, clean and a pleasure to use.

host, Jessica was so good, she guide and show my room and equipment in greeting. everywhere was very clean. I used iron. the washroom was so clean and there were anything you need in washroom and shower.
my room was in basement without any window but for me it was not problem.
the bed make noise! and it could be a more comfortable bed.

I booked a triple room, but only gave a double bed, the room is very small, no windows, does not match the photos

the hosts were very inviting and accommodating. they answered every question and always had a smile. Rick and Jessica are great hosts. the house is beautiful and very clean. the room was clean as well. Beds are very comfortable.

Close to convention centres we need to attend. Staff all the times willing to help and very nice. The room with private bathroom was very clean.

The location and parking.
The room I stayed in was in the basement. It had a musty smell and I could not control temperature. The house was also very loud, it was difficult to sleep.
