NEW Adventure Beckons! Whether you're a novice, a weekend warrior, a seasoned explorer or just looking to escape the ordinary…our compact unit is perfect for any getaway! Modern and comfortable, you won’t be disappointed! This RV comes fully loaded with a queen Murphy bed that converts to a daytime sofa, 2 double RV Beds, and a single fold-down dinette bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size RV fridge/freezer, 2-Burner Range, microwave, large Sink, and overhead cabinets. The full bath includes shower, toilet, sink, and cabinetry. Added outdoor features such as a bar fridge, shower, added storage, and a 14ft LED-lit power retractable awning for shade, will all make your vacation time as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. *THINGS TO NOTE* Towing Requirements: • You will need to ensure that your vehicle’s towing and hitch max. weight capacities are appropriate for towing the trailer. A 2- 5/16” hitch ball is needed and your vehicle should be wired with a 7-pin trailer connection. A 4 to 7-pin adapter can be provided. • The trailer is equipped with electronic brakes, so for safe towing your vehicle should have a trailer braking system installed. If you do not have this installed, we can provide a Bluetooth Brake controller that works with your smartphone. (See add-ons for details). If you are unsure, we can assist with checking for the braking system on pick-up. Rules/Restrictions:  Pick-up and drop-off times are flexible.  Guests are expected to treat our trailer with care and return the trailer in the same condition as they received it.  There is absolutely NO smoking and NO vaping in the trailer.  Please, no pets.  Guests are expected to empty the trailer’s black and grey water holding tanks before returning to avoid being charged the “Emptying Septic” fee.  Guests should absolutely share their adventures and camping experience with us via Outdoorsy!
