Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer befahrenen Straße in Aya Napa somit ist Lautstärke vorprogrammiert. Die Unterkunft war für den Preis ok jedoch darf man sich nicht zu viel erhoffen. Die Klima war laut obwohl sie nicht eingeschalten wurde, genauso wie der Kühlschrank. Zu der Lautstärke vom der Straße war der Schlaf nicht erholsam. Rund herum um die Unterkunft war es sehr dreckig! Definitiv nicht sehr einladend und eckelhaft. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft hingegen war top. Man hat eine Videobeschreibung sowie den Schlüssel Code per Whatsapp bekommen

‏The rooms are small There was no iron , ‏ a lot of complications in check-in, they ask you to register on their own website, and then they add you in the WhatsApp group, then you receive messages in the private chat box in Booking with instructions again, they sent me a link to pay the deposit of 100 euros and I told them I can pay it Cash in order to receive it as cash, but they refused on the pretext that it was a self-check-in and this is what I was worried about. It has been 10 days since check-out and I have not received the deposit yet. I rented a car and two days after it was delivered, they returned the deposit to me. I hope they will be professional when they say 7 days it really is 7 days of the deposit refund period

It was clean and tidy. Location is great, not in the center but close. Bed was very comfortable and large. Communication with the host was great, any problem or questions we had were solved and answered very fast.

There was a little smell from the bathroom when you come in after everything was closed (windows).

Clean accommofation with easy access. Will definitely come back.

It was clean and good location, near the beach and ayia napa attractions.

The shower and the balcony are a joke.

- The location was perfect, close to the beach, city center, and bus station. - The owner was friendly and communication was excellent. - The price was very reasonable too.

The only minor downsides were the smaller size of the apartment (around 15 m2 instead of 25 m2) and some additional formalities for the reservation. However, these didn't dampen my overall satisfaction. Highly recommended!
