My children came to visit so I found this condo on line. Pictures are accurate; it’s as cute as it looks. Booked it again for a Fall gathering. I had changed the dates several times and they were extremely accommodating. It’s a very short walk to restaurants and public parking. It’s a winner.

Nice quiet place. A short walk thru the parking area and over the decked beach access and you are in the water. Parking under the condo is tight if you have a large truck or SUV. The condo space was large enough to accommodate 5 people. There are 2 small full bathrooms but oddly connected in the middle by the shower. The photos look like you have a deck but its not actually a deck. You can open the sliding glass door but the deck is literally only 6 inches wide. You can't sit or stand out there because there is no room. Not a deal breaker but disappointing if you like to sit out and have a drink. Beds are comfy and the bedrooms were a good size. The only complaints were communication with the host. You are required to keep a parking pass in your vehicle but when we arrived the parking pass was missing. I'm assuming that the previous renters accidentally drove home with it. I immediately contacted the host to see if we could get a replacement parking pass but she never responded back. I was worried all week that our vehicle would be towed. Made it all week but did get a parking warning ticket on my window the night before we left. The worry could have been avoided IMO. But to be fair, it seemed like the VRBO app was acting strange. I kept having trouble logging in with an error stating that VRBO app is not supported by Google. Eventually I was able to get in tho. I also texted the host. So, not sure what happened. Otherwise, it was a great stay

Great location, very nice condo, comfy bed in master bedroom. Kitchen had just enough. The couch and twin bed mattresses were stiff and uncomfortable. Only two beach towels. Had a TON of issues with communication with Audrey. At first she was very attentive. However, the locker that holds beach items was said to have a code. The issue was the only locker with the condo# had a padlock. Only one key was in the condo but it was marked as "Kayak Closet". I was trying to explain this to Audrey but she kept sending me the code. Finally I took a picture but could not attach a pic through VRBO. I then asked for a work email or cell so the pic could be sent. I did not receive a response. Our stay was from 7/16 through 7/22. The last correspondence from Audrey was 7/17. I tried calling the leasing office number listed in the info packet inside the condo. Got a voicemail with no identifying information so did not leave a message. Thankfully, under the stairs there was a community stockpile of chairs, noodles and umbrellas. We should have had access to the items the listing said we would. If not for this stockpile we would have needed to purchase chairs, umbrellas and floats. Pool is across the street, which I do not believe is clear in the listing. It was closed at least 2 of the days we were there.

Enjoyed our stay,we love staying in the Englewood area.

There were 3 of us traveling to visit friends. We each had our own area to sleep and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Woke up feeling recharged every morning. The bath towels felt high-end. The unit was spotless and updated with every space utilized for maximum efficiency. The location is perfect…close to many great places to eat and drink and truly steps from the beach. The other folks at the Sunburst were friendly and welcoming. Would happily return to this rental without pause.

Had a wonderful stay here. Great view of the gulf. Perfect access to a boat dock on the bay side of the complex. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Bring quarters for laundry, they are hard to find around town.

Great location, walk to restaurants, steps to the beach. This was very clean and updated. Uber and Lyft pick up easy. Everyone friendly. Everything you needed to cook or just relax There is one shower. Having the bonus bedroom was nice. Would stay again
