The house was well laid out for our needs. The heating system was an issue, several repairs need to be made and one of the beds was way too hard for sleep. Trash was not picked up properly and started to stink in garage. .

We had A Amazing time at this property. They had everything that A big family would need to enjoy they thought of everything you would need for amazing stay. From the kitchen utilities to the bathrooms with the soap and the hot water in the showers was amazing. This is definitely a property for a large family. We would definitely recommend it. The property was gorgeous. It slept everyone comfortably. The kitchen had everything we could imagine. Property manager was super accommodating!! We all had a great time!!

We enjoyed the house...layout and location were as expected in the listing and worked well for us. The house needs a good maintenance review...lots of bulbs out, two stove burners out, few outlets not working and an obnoxious ceiling fan in the family room that could not be shut off (no switches, remote showed up on second to last day, but didn't work, repairman blamed bad wiring). We huddled under blankets until it warmed up. Repairs were made to some of the items we requested, but most items not addressed. Bummer for the price we paid for the week. Otherwise, we had a great time.

First time in Winter Park and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with the kids and grand kids Loved the location of the home and the space it offered. It does need attention to maintenance

This house is incredible! It has everything you need and then some. We had a variety of ages in our group and everyone had a fantastic stay. We will be back

We really enjoyed our stay over the Christmas with extended family. The house is big enough for everybody having private space if they need it. The kitchen was very well stuffed with all the necessities for cooking!

Loads of space, clean, in a location with a beautiful view! Short drive to shopping and snow activities in Winter Park. Furnishings could use some updating, but overall adequate accommodations. Spacious kitchen. Second kitchen im.lower level is a great bonus! The hot tub was in good working order and had a great view of the mountains as well.

We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our trip to the mountains. We had friends and family staying in every bedroom. The accommodations are perfect and when we needed help, the communication was fast! We can’t wait to come back!

The Host was amazing the home was amazing the only thing was the cleaning lady suppose to check TVs to make sure they where working necker we came and we had like 4 TVs that was not working at all but the Host fixed within an 1hr all TVs was working!! This house has everything you need!!

We reserved this house for our entire wedding party and a few other friends so that we could all hang out, play games, and relax for the weekend before and after the wedding. The house did not disappoint. However, I would recommend that a curtain be put on the window above the kitchen sink as the sun was quite blinding in the evening. Property manager responded quickly when notified of a minor issue.

stayed at the property with immediate family & some of our closest friends. the house was super easy to find & check in/out of! it was more than enough space to accommodated all of us & the house is even more beautiful in person than online. close to lots of trails & activities for people of all ages! 10/10 would recommend for large groups traveling together!

The house is perfect for a family get away. It’s so peaceful and tranquil. The house was super clean and organized. The communication was outstanding and it was effortless when we got there. If you are looking for a huge house and a place to just chill this is a must!!

The house was great, we had a group of 22 and everyone had a bed, lots of room to visit, eat and have fun. Beautiful home in a beautiful setting!

We enjoyed our stay in this Fraser home . It is beautiful and well appointed. We were able to sleep everyone and cook up a storm for 30 people . We really enjoyed the trails close by and decks with hummingbird feeders and the wonderful setting. There is adequate parking for six cars and sweet entertainment in the basement for all the grandchildren. The hot tub was just a splash with everyone. Great place for a family reunion. Grandma with 18 grands.

This beautiful house is a perfect location for any large family/friend get away. Every room was impeccably decorated and has everything you need. The layout is perfect for those who want to relax or for those who want to stay up and play ping pong. Everyone was very impressed and comfortable, we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. And the house is CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN! I have already recommended this house and would love to go back!

We LOVED this home! Every single bedroom felt like the "master" bedroom, and our group's ton of kids had an absolute blast in the huge bunk room. Every possible need was filled with this house. The huge kitchen allowed us to cook and save a ton of money and stress. Highly recommend this home for large groups with a mess of kids.

We absolutely loved our time at this house. It is massive yet very comfortable at the same time. The management was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process and were easy to work with. Our group loved the views from the home, the spacious living areas, and the wonderful basement area to hang out and play games. The beds and sheets were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Thank you so much and we would come back in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this house for your vacation!!

We had a group of 15 stay at this property and we absolutely loved it! Huge house, lots of space for everyone! The kitchen and living areas upstairs were set up so that no one was left out! Perfect for entertaining a large group! The views from every room in the house were spectacular!

My group of family and friends had the pleasure of spending a couple nights in this wonderful home. In short, it really was an experience without wants or needs - the house has everything covered. Equally, working with the home owner was seamless and entirely pleasurable. More specifically, the home is gorgeous and cozy (despite being quite large). The sheets, blankets, pillows, beds and couches are of the highest quality and provided us all with endless comfort. The bathrooms are well appointed and updated wuth exquisite appliances and decor. Huge bathtubs and giant showers. The floors are all radiant heated, which is a luxury not lost on anyone. Drivewat is large enough to accommodate many cars and the garage is a spacious, warm three car facility. The views are breathtaking. The home is close to town and to the ski area, very easy to find. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Kitchen is well thought out and helped us to cook many big meals for our group. Plenty of tools available to you. Hot tub is outside and protected. It was hot and clean and easy to use. Towels were available for us in a bin. It was truly an exceptional house and made our family vacation all the more memorable. Highly, highly recommend this location, no matter the event.
