The hotel was on their last week with their kitchen supplier/mgmt during the last week in October when we stayed there but the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our evening meals and gave us some amazing breakfasts. The service was excellent.
The pool is the cleanest indoor pool I have been to. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean.
You can tell that the manager Addie cares about his guests and staff as he was making sure everything was in order for everyone even during the changes. 2 of his staff members commented on how much they enjoyed working there and for him.
Looking forward to another stay there again in the future.

The four Points by Sheraton Penticton was great. The hotel offers a modern and comfortable atmosphere, with spacious rooms with a kitchen. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The location is ideal to restaurants, pubs, Okanagan Lake, shopping, etc. I highly recommend this hotel and I know I will be back.

It was close to the wine touring route we wanted to partake in, and the roof top patio was excellent.

We were in Penticton for the Jazz Festival and the hotel location was great as we were in walking distance to two of the performance venues. Hotel is new and therefore everything was in fantastic condition. Rooms are generous, staff was efficient and courteous. The roof bar and grill served a great pizza. Really enjoyed our stay.

Stuff at the front desk was not responsible. They took my time to pay me back my deposit and several times they told me to leave the hotel and they will pay it later. I just asked them to try another time and it worked. I mean they didn’t even want to try another time And by one time failure they said it isn’t working go leave the hotel and I don’t know when but we will pay you back your deposit

We loved everything about this property. It is very clean and everything is new. All of the staff are outstanding. The Palmer Restaurant was FANTASTIC and the Rooftop patio is amazing. It is a short walk to the beach and downtown. The only issue we had was that our room was only cleaned once in the five days we were there. We were advised it would only be cleaned every second day. We were supplied extras towels but I would have like to get my roomed cleaned daily as provided by most hotels.

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Would definitely return here again. They very kindly provided us with a crib on a short notice booking. Gym was fine, and pool is good with kids.

The property is fairly new and in good condition. Cleaning staff should be supervised better as the kitchen floor in our suite was pretty dirty (I hand washed it myself instead of having them come back in). There are no towel hooks on the backs of any of the doors and the bathroom door stop on the floor in the bathroom in front of the tub/shower is a hazard. Beds were comfortable and the building was pretty quiet.

We liked the price of this hotel. it was in a convenient location, a short walk to the beach, and the casino.
We visited the roof top patio. the views of Okanagan Lake were outstanding. Unfortunately the food choices were limited and frankly not very good.
the room was nice. they have made very good use of the limited space in the room. Missing were water glasses and/or wine glasses. the only drinking vessel was the paper coffee cups. the other thing we missed was the make up mirror in the bathroom.

Overall my stay was amazing, however, the one bed had what looked blood stains on the sheets. I just moved to the other bed that was clean. Hotel was quiet. Restaurants had amazing service and food. Service was friendly and helpful.
