The rooms rubbish, not very clean, smoke smell in the corridor, toilets are dirty, the blankets were very smelly and bad.

Had a booking from Booking.com, after finding the place and climbing three floors to the reception was informed that there was no booking and that the rate was twice the amount said on the Booking.com website. Absolutely horrible. In addition the car park is entered and exited by the steepest ramp. Took more than 15 minutes to be able to leave. So small.

The amount i booked is not applicable for them they charged double of the amount once reached there. Midnight we don't have other choice...

In daily morning facing for water in bathroom. After reminder many times, staff start motor yo fulfill tank. Excess cash recovered by staff. Booking. Com provides me a rebate of Rs. 597/- but property's staff didn't agree to give me rebate, he took Rs. 600/- from me. I have proof of it. Also, I have already complaint to booking. Com customer care for this.
