Bellissima villa con grande giardino e dependance adibita a ulteriore camera. A pochi passi dall’area pedonale di San Teodoro. Lo staff, in particolare Edison, gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta/necessità, buona la colazione con scelta dolce e salata

Molto rumore dalla strada di notte e letto con materasso datato e poco comodo. Poco spazio e pochi punti di appoggio sia nella camera che in bagno. Un solo phon da condividere con le altre camere

Tutto perfetto, struttura situata a 100 metri dal centro del paese, tutto pulitissimo ed organizzato

Camera e bagno molto spaziosi. Posizione tranquilla ma centro raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Staff molto gentile e disponibile!

The rooms have this mix between antich and modern, and the villa is very special. The lady that run the place is very nice and friendly and we had a very positive vibe from her...

The bathroom smeels like the drain does not work properly. the Garden and the parking outside the villa are a complete disaster...

Everything was as expected. Very clean, in a quiet area, ideal location to reach La Cinta & Isuleda. Ideally located ouside the somewhat touristy center of San Teodoro also. The breakfast is sweet. No salty options. Good coffee. Our room had no balcony, but we could dry things on a specifically designated place for that outside.

1.From outside, the property is almost impossible to recognize, if it was not for the bike I saw on Booking. Also, as no number of the house was indicated on booking, it was not very easy to find solely from Zip code. 2. Our room was the smallest and the bathroom was very small (1 m wide per approx 3,5 long) - not very confortable to use but i guess it was because we took the cheapest option. I saw the other rooms while they were cleaned - larger and very nice. 3. Last but not least, one advice to the owners , especially for the parts outside : the property has fantastic potential and care for the part outside would make all the difference in the world.

The property was brilliant super clean and the rooms were very beautiful. Breakfast were tasty with super coffee, staff were very welcome and helpful. It’s Only a short walk to the centre of town with great restaurants nearby also the beaches were so close. A great place to stay definitely recommend. Thanks for having us.

Very nice, perfectly clean and newly equipped room. Everything white and clean. Nice pop-art style of our 4bed room. Owner very nice and polite. Also Monica who works here was very friendly. But the best was the breakfast!!! Excellent. Thank you.
