It wasn't clean and it didn't include the breakfast that they advertise

Tuvimos que pagar $20 extra porque cuando llegamos la que atiende en la recepción nos dijo que el check in era a las 2 PM y llevamos muchas horas de camino y tenemos una niña de 1 año cuando entramos el lugar olía a cigarro y especifiqué que no fumábamos que no quería una habitación donde se pudiera fumar cuando nos fuimos a bañar no había ni agua y tuve que ir a la recepción 2 veces y pusieron el agua casi a la hora de haber entrado y se ponía demasiada fría y cuando la cambiabas para caliente era demasiada caliente que quemaba el lugar no es como se ve en las fotos

There were bugs in the room, furniture and fixtures were broken, the microwave cord wasn’t long enough to reach the plug, the floor was dirty, there were no towels in the bathroom, there was no trash can in the room. It was awful!!!

The breakfast was absolutely a fraud they had cold coffee they had a box of generic cereal on the counter and paper bowls so I don't know who they're paying to do the Google reviews for The breakfast cuz I'm telling you it's an absolute fraud it was a box of cereal and paper bowls and two containers of cold coffee they had no creamer they had nothing and when I had mentioned that the owner had said well each day we have something different but on the Google reviews clearly if you read them all they're clearly pasted from another website and another company that has the same name as this hotel because this hotel does not have a breakfast

They are fraudulently advertising their breakfast they're fraudulently advertising the cleanliness of their facility there was no pool as stated in some of the reviews there was a huge pile of trash with old mattresses and the back of the parking lot there were holes in the wall where it appears there used to be a light fixture it was very dirty the staff was very rude the TV didn't work it didn't even come on when I because there's no phone in the room I had to get dressed walk to the front wait for somebody to come to the desk and I was told that maintenance will be right there maintenance never showed up it is owned by a husband and wife they live there on the premises I told them the TV wasn't working she said maintenance will come she never came I was greeted by a very rude hotel employee that stated that if I didn't like the facility I could pack up my blankety blank and leave horrible experience maintenance never came to fix the television
