We had a large group of adults and children. I believe there was 10 of us. those that didn't fit in the beds, there was plenty of room for air mattresses. (this is always a struggle for us)

The downstairs tenants played their music extremely loud all night.

Bed was comfortable.

The stairs were very sketchy. The all night party below and barking dog next door at 4 AM was not conducive to sleep. The towels were not sufficient. I felt uncomfortable there with the beer cans stacked outside the door, the trash around the property and the odor. Hardly any hot water for the shower.

Entrance is hard to find & the grass needs a mowing
