Quick and easy check In.

Breakfast did the job however eggs 1/8 thick, 3 inch diameter circles probably wasn't the best choice. Scrambled would be a little more appealing.

Friendly desk staff and very clean room, breakfast was a good selection and tables clean.

Im allergic to gluten, and the breakfast didn't have anything I could eat besides cheap bacon. Not a big deal... I decided to not eat an just grab a cup of coffee before they closed at 10. When I wake in at 9:55, the attendant said they were closed. I asked if I can pour myself a quick cup of coffee and she said "Well, now that you're already in here, I guess." with a tone of annoyance. I said, "OK, you close at 10, right?" She pointed to a clock on the wall set 5 minutes fast and said "Yes, 10." Maybe she was having a bad day.

The queen beds were really not queens, they were double beds

no one will clean your room unless you make a request. and they don’t tell you to make a request to clean your room when you check in. no one taking the trash out, have to ask for towels and shampoo. Could hear guy in other room snoring at night , and flashing toilets. other then that everything was ok.

Quiet, clean and comfortable

The heavy snow wasn't cleaned up so it made it tough getting out in a business suit but it's OK, that's not the end of the world. I still really enjoyed my stay.

The room was a big size, the bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was delicious.

I didn't like the temp of the room. I did increase the temp on the thermostat but it still felt a bit cold. I think an additional blanket on the bed would help.

Dirty bed with pubic hair in it, shower pipes not working properly (loud sounds while showering) I had to use the shower in the room across the hall from me. Staff wasn’t friendly nor did they ask about my stay. Would never stay here again.

I like the distance between the hotel and the venue. I like how knowledgeable the staff were.

The bathroom was not very accessible for people of different sizes. For instance, my husband is literally a bean pole and had to straddle the toilet to close the door. The fridge didn't work. You had to request your room be cleaned. I had to go downstairs and get more towels because there were only three and I rented the room for 4 people. The towels are basically hand towels. The tub was broken and pieced back together. It was simply not what I was expecting. The hotel smelled of moldy cigarettes and I had to use my inhaler more than I should have

Room was roomy and conformable

Check-in with the staff. She didn't give me a total she didn't go over what was available to us. No directions to where the room was. Didn't tell us about the pool or breakfast hours or where were they located. I had to ask. I had called before the day of arrival about a late checkout. I was told to do it the day before I checked out just in case something came up and I didn't need it. So I wait til Saturday morning. I called the desk and was told to go down on Sunday morning to create a new reservation because I had booked with booking and they can't do it. So I go downstairs on Sunday and was then told NO that I can't do a later checkout because the manager told her no one can check out late. I then told her what I was told and then she mentioned that I can't do a later checkout because they were booked and that their housekeeper had to clean the room and it would be too late! Mind you most of everyone there was checking out earlier due to leaving after the train show. So why couldn't their housekeepers just start cleaning these rooms first? And to top it off one of them was there complaining about the work needing to be done cause all those people were leaving. So isn't it their job to do that? It's what they apply for. They should be thankful it was busy and they have jobs!
