Bridgeview Cottage - 2228 Mallard
Bridgeview Cottage is a 3/2 right on the canal on the west end of Dauphin Island. You have spectacular views of the sound. Sit back and watch the birds and the boaters come and go. You are also walking distance to the beach (5 minutes to the bay side and 6 minutes to the ocean side).
The cottage is a classic beach house built in 1984. It has great furnishings throughout, a new deck to enjoy and a bulkhead boardwalk along the canal. Bring your crab traps, bring your boat, kayak and/or fishing gear. You can enjoy the water in the canal and also the convenience of everything else the island has to offer. There is an undeveloped barrier strip of land to the Northeast that will harbor wildlife and you are a quick paddle to Graveline Bay and beyond.
Stairs to upstairs bedrooms are steeper than normal and may not be suitable for young children, elderly, or those with mobility problems.
As with all of our Property Manager, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following house rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is not pet-friendly.
