Happy with the stay once I got over the smell

Overall we only needed it for a few hours so it was fine. We ended up leaving earlier than expected because of the wheel

The location was safe and family oriented.

My cousin was in a wheelchair, so he didn’t want to have us carry him up and down stairs. Everything was clean only thing missing was a few face cloths to go with the towels. Top rating though.

I was charged for 1 night. Upon arrival I was met with a property with no attendant and no way to enter the property or contact any help. The phone number provided for me to call was met with a voicemail on the first ring. Nobody was able to assist me and I could not use the property I was charged for. I should not have been charged for a unit I never had access to.
